The word Posture matters a lot when there is the point of physical health. Each activity we do throughout the day is related to our spine and alignment with other areas of body, this study contains the details about the hybrid portable system which combine use of Microsoft Kinect cameras and Nintendo Wii fit balance board as a stabilometric platform will use for the postural stability measurement of the military professional in three different groups such as; Airborne troopers, Castle guards and mechanized infantry with total there was 30 participants with excellence health condition. Different terms which is related to the posturography are also briefly described in the introduction and then the details of previously used clinical techniques which was used for the posture evaluation are listed with basic parameters and studies done using that systems. In the main aspect the whole system on which the study based is portable and less cost effective system and the main benefit is that the system uses specific anatomical points on the body which combine spine, pelvis with chest parameters with mutual positioning with individual vertebrae in lateral plane, centre of gravity and centre of pressure under the feet of participant using Nintendo Wii balance board. For the anatomical points reflective markers with different colours were used so it capture using Microsoft Kinect cameras, the data derived from participants like SD of Centre of gravity and centre of pressure along with the mean values differences between the angles in anatomical points was analysed in R language software for statistical analysis using non parametric test with 95% confidence interval in hypothesis and the results are shown using the P-value and also in the form of boxplot to show the difference between the data of all three groups.
