Ekonomické zhodnocení ambulantní rehabilitační péče u diagnózy stav po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Diplomová práce zpracovává ekonomické zhodnocení ambulantní rehabilitační péče u diagnózy stav po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce byla analýza nákladů na ambulantní rehabilitační péči u dané diagnózy. V rámci analýzy současného stavu se práce zabývá seznámením s danou problematikou, kde je definována anatomie kolenního kloubu, základní typy jeho náhrad a rehabilitační léčba u dané diagnózy. Další část práce se věnuje zdravotním výkonům v rámci ambulantní rehabilitační péče s následnou vazbou na body a cenu výkonů dle vyhlášky z roku 2018. Závěr teoretické části obsahuje přehled zahraničních studií, které byly na základě literární rešerše vybrány, a dále přehled metod, které byly aplikovány v rámci praktické části. Na základě dat získaných ze dvou zdravotnických zařízení byly v praktické části diplomové práce kalkulovány náklady na ambulantní rehabilitační péči z jednotlivých perspektiv. Dále bylo provedeno statistické testování, z jehož závěru vyplývá, že průměrné úhrady dané diagnózy nejsou pro obě zdravotnická zařízení dostačující na pokrytí celkových přímých nákladů. V diskuzi jsou porovnány výsledky této studie se zahraničními odbornými studiemi, diskutovány názory odborníků a dále možnosti rozšíření této práce.

This master thesis deals with economic evaluation of outpatient rehabilitation care concerning the diagnosis after total knee arthroplasty. The main aim of this master thesis is to analyze the costs of outpatient rehabilitation care regarding the diagnosis after total knee arthroplasty. The thesis first deals with the introduction of the given issue, including knee anatomy, basic types of compensation and rehabilitation treatment for diagnosis defined. The next section of the thesis is devoted to health performance in the outpatient rehabilitation care with subsequent attachment to the points and the price of performance according to the decree of the year 2018. The conclusion of the theoretical section contains an overview of foreign studies, which were chosen based on literary research, and an overview of methods that were applied in the theoretical part. In the practical part of the thesis, the costs of outpatient rehabilitation care from individual perspectives based on the data obtained from two healthcare facilities were calculated. In addition, statistical tests were carried out from the results of cost calculations. The conclusion of the test is that the average reimbursement concerning the diagnosis after total knee arthroplasty is not sufficient for both healthcare facilities to cover the direct costs. The section of discussion includes the results comparison of this study with the foreign scientific studies, discusses the opinions of experts and the possibilities of extending this master thesis.
