Hodnocení rozsahu šíření kontaminace z nelegálních laboratoří výroby metamfetaminu

Abstract

Česká republika čelí v posledním desetiletí epidemii nelegálních laboratoří sloužících k výrobě metamfetaminu, jejichž produkční a technická úroveň se neustále zvyšuje. Při výrobě metamfetaminu vzniká mnoho chemických látek a sloučenin, které se dále nekontrolovaně šíří do okolí nelegální laboratoře. Těmto látkám může být následně vystaven celý řetězec potenciálních obětí a negativně ovlivňovat jejich zdravotní stav. Diplomová práce se zabývá látkami použitými a vznikajícími při nelegální výrobě metamfetaminu, jejich následnému šíření z nelegálních laboratoří a jejich kontaminací nejen prostor laboratoře samotné, ale i objektů v jejím okolí. Teoretická část definuje obecné skutečnosti týkající se metamfetaminu a s ním spojené výroby v nelegálních laboratořích. Popisuje jednotlivé způsoby výroby metamfetaminu používané jak v ČR, tak v zahraničí. Charakterizuje jednotlivé chemické látky, které rozděluje na látky vstupující do výrobního procesu a látky z reakcí vystupující. Tyto látky popisuje jak z hlediska jejich fyzikálně – chemických vlastností, tak z toxikologického pohledu a účinků na lidské zdraví. Pro účely diplomové práce byly zvoleny metody odběru vzorků v souladu se zahraničním akreditovaným standardem a následné podrobení zajištěných vzorků kvantitativní analýze pomocí kapalinové chromatografie a hmotnostního spektrometru. Výsledky analytického zkoumání prokázaly šíření nejen metamfetaminu, ale i dalších toxických látek. Metamfetamin kontaminuje nejen objekt nelegální laboratoře, ale šíří se do bližšího okolí, kde kontaminuje další budovy a zůstává deponován ve stavebním materiálu. Tato skutečnost může mít negativní dopady na lidské zdraví i životní prostředí. Diskuse porovnává zjištěné výsledky se zahraniční odbornou literaturou, která se tímto tématem zabývá v mnohem vyšší míře. Z literatury vyplývá, že zahraniční odborní pracovníci i některé státy vnímají objekty kontaminované metamfetaminem jako mnohem vyšší riziko než je tomu v ČR a věnují se tomuto problému na mnohem vyšší úrovni.

The Czech Republic has been facing an epidemic of illegal methamphetamine laboratories in the last decade, the production and technical standards of which are constantly increasing. Many chemicals and compounds are produced in the production of methamphetamine, which spread uncontrollably into the surroundings of an illegal laboratory. An entire chain of potential victims may subsequently be exposed to these substances, adversely affecting their health. This diploma thesis discusses substances used in and arising from the illegal production of methamphetamine, their subsequent spreading from illegal laboratories and contamination not only of the laboratory itself, but also of facilities in its vicinity. The theoretical part defines general facts concerning methamphetamine and its production in illegal laboratories. It describes individual methods of methamphetamine production used both in the Czech Republic and abroad. It characterizes individual chemical substances, which it divides into categories of substances entering the production process and substances arising from reactions. These substances are described both in terms of their physico-chemical properties and in terms of toxicology and effects on human health. For the purposes of this thesis, sampling methods were chosen in accordance with a foreign accredited standard, and samples were subsequently subjected to quantitative analysis using liquid chromatography and a mass spectrometer. The results of the analysis showed the spread of not only methamphetamine, but also other toxic substances. Methamphetamine not only contaminates the illegal laboratory, it also spreads to the environment surrounding the laboratory, where it contaminates other buildings and remains deposited in the building material. This may have a negative effect on human health and the environment. The discussion compares the findings with foreign literature dealing with this topic to a much greater extent. Literature suggests that foreign professionals and some countries perceive buildings contaminated with methamphetamine as a much higher risk than is the case in the Czech Republic, and they address this issue at a much higher level.
