Investiční politika ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zkoumat investiční politiku ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. V práci jsou vymezeny rozdíly fungování investiční politiky běžného podniku a zdravotnického zařízení. Dále je popsána struktura poskytovatelů zdravotní péče v České republice a specifika jejich investiční politiky. V rámci investiční politiky Nemocnice Třinec, p.o. byly zkoumány postupy investiční komise, proces definování potřeb, proces rozhodování, plánování a financování investic. Byla provedena analýza investice do pořízení magnetické rezonance. Proběhl výpočet doby návratnosti, rentability vložené investice a čisté současné hodnoty investice.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze investment policy in selected Healthcare facility. This work examines the differences between healthcare and non-healthcare establishments. Furthermore, this thesis provides a detailed investigation of the healthcare provider structure in the Czech Republic and the respective investment policy. The analysis uses an investment policy framework employed at Nemocnice Třinec, p.o. and investigates the resolution of the investment committees, the process of definition of institutional objectives and requirements, developing strategic plans, and investment financing. The outcome of this thesis is informed and corroborated by a thorough study of purchasing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), including rates of investment return, rentability of investment, and net present value of investment.
