Spolupráce složek IZS a veterinární správy při realizaci krizových veterinárních opatření v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma Spolupráce složek IZS a veterinární správy při realizaci krizových veterinárních opatření v České republice se zabývá problematikou veterinárních opatření a spolupráce výše zmíněných složek při řešení nákaz v České republice. Teoretická část je soustředěna na popis orgánů a institucí, které se podílejí na veterinární péči v České republice. Zároveň se v této části nachází soupis dokumentace, která je využívána při řešení mimořádných událostí a krizových situací spojených s nákazami zvířat. Dále se v této části dozvíme základní informace o nákazách, které se týkají této diplomové práce. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřený na součinnost orgánů dotčených touto problematikou. V rámci praktické části je proveden rozbor již proběhlých situací spojených s výskytem nákaz zvířat na území České republiky - konkrétně ptačí chřipky a afrického moru prasat. Dále je vypracován návrh řešení mimořádné události spojené s rozšířením nákazy infekční anémie koní na území České republiky, která se dosud na našem území nevyskytovala. Stěžejním krokem praktické části je analýza připravenosti Státní veterinární správy na řešení nákaz v České republice. Na základě výsledků praktické části jsou navržena opatření, která by v budoucnu mohla přispět k řešení takových situací.

The Diploma thesis The Cooperation of IRS Bodies and the State Veterinary Administration in the Implementation of Veterinary Measures in the Czech Republic addresses veterinary measures and cooperation of above-mentioned agencies in coping with contagions in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on the description of bodies and institutions participating on the veterinary care in the Czech Republic. This part also contains a list of documents employed in case of emergencies and crisis situations associated with animal diseases. This part furthermore provides basic information on contagions related to the Diploma thesis. The conclusion of the theoretical part is focused on the cooperation of relevant bodies. The practical part analyses past events associated with the occurrence of animal infections - namely avian influenza and African swine fever. It furthermore proposes possible solutions of emergency situations associated with the spread of equine infectious anemia within the territory of the Czech Republic, a disease which has never occurred in our territory before. A fundamental section of the practical part is an analysis of the State veterinary administration preparedness in case of spread of contagion in the Czech Republic. The results of the practical part work as a basis for proposal of measures that may contribute to solutions of such emergencies in the future.
