Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nových technologií v oblasti jednoduchých detektorů kapalných bojových chemických látek, především nervově paralytických a zpuchýřujících látek. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku skupin nervově paralytických a zpuchýřujících látek, včetně mechanismu jejich toxického účinku. Pozornost je dále věnována způsobu detekce těchto látek. V kapitole jsou také shrnuty poznatky z nejnovějších výzkumů zabývajících se vývojem detekčních prostředků pro obě skupiny zmiňovaných látek. Praktická část je věnována projektu bezpečnostního výzkumu VI20172019101 Ministerstva vnitra ČR, jehož cílem je vyvinout nový typ půkazníkového papírku s vysokou selektivitou. Přínosem diplomové práce je zapojení do řešení tohoto projektu účastí na dvou experimentálních blocích - na testování rušivých vlivů na nově navržené typy průkazníkových papírků a na testování rušivých vlivů na standardní prostředek PP-3. Výsledky testů jsou graficky zpracovány a komparovány v tabulkách.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of new technologies in the field of simple detectors for toxic liquid agents, especially for nerve and blister agents. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of nerve and blister agents, including the mechanism of their toxic effect. Attention is further dedicated to the detection of these substances. The chapter also summarizes findings from the latest research on the development of simple detectors for both mentioned groups of substances. The practical part is devoted to the security research project VI20172019101 Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, whose aim is to develop a new type high selective simple detector. The contribution of the thesis is the involvement in the solution of this project by participating in two experimental blocks - the testing of interfering effects on newly designed types of detectors and the testing of interfering effects on standard PP-3. The test results are graphically processed and compared in tables.
