Abstract

Abstrakt Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika migrace ve vybraných státech střední Evropy za léta 2015 - 2018. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy pojící se s touto problematikou, uvedeny příklady některých dělení migrace včetně faktorů, kterými je ovlivňována a dopadů na cílové země, do kterých migranti směřují. Dále je v práci uvedeno několik konkrétních případů kriminálních činů, které souvisejí s migrací. Zmíněny jsou také základní právní předpisy zabývající se danou problematikou. Závěr teoretické části práce se věnuje agentuře Frontex, její právní úpravě a činnosti. V praktické části práce jsou charakterizovány přístupy námi vybraných států k problematice migrace a azylu, který je s ní neodmyslitelně spojen. V rámci České republiky jsou popsány dva případy záchytu migrantů a konkrétní řešení jejich situace. Práce porovnává ukazatele migračních trendů ve vybraných zemích a ukazuje jejich vývoj.

Abstract The subject of the thesis is the issue of migration in selected countries of central Europe between 2015 - 2018. The theoretical section of the thesis includes the definitions of the basic terms connected to this issue, gives examples of classification of migration including the factors that influence it and the impact it has on the countries targeted by migrants. Further, the thesis presents several concrete cases of crimes connected with migration. The basic legislation concerning this issue is also mentioned. The closing part of the theoretical section of the thesis focuses on the Frontex agency, their legislation and activity. The practical section characterizes the selected countries' approach to the issue of migration and asylum, which is inherently connected to it. As for the Czech Republic, two cases of migrants´ detainment and the specific solution of their situation are described. The thesis compares the indicators of migration trends in the selected countries and shows their development.
