Zjišťování příčin požárů v letecké dopravě

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá aktuálnymi otázkami požiarov lietadiel, požiarnym vyšetrovaním so zameraním na použitie plastových materiálov a vplyvov požiaru na ľudské zdravie. Právne pozadie a postupy vyšetrovania sú popísané ako platné pre nehody a incidenty lietadiel v Českej republike. Popísané sú aktuálne štatistiky a trendy globálne aj národné. Popísané sú trendy vývoja v leteckom priemysle a situácia v leteckej doprave v Českej republike. Dôraz je kladený na najbežnejšie plastové polymérne materiály polyetylén a polypropylén. Zámerom práce je prevencia rizika požiaru v leteckej doprave, pričom hlavné rizikové faktory sú materiál a ľudský faktor. V práci sú popísané úlohy a metódy práce a pracovné hypotézy. Požiarne vlastnosti polyetylén a polypropylén boli experimentálne testované v sérii kalorimetrických testov v špecializovanom laboratóriu v Slovenskej republike. Boli použité aj bežné verzie so spomaľovačmi horenia. Množstvo skúšok súvisiacich s požiarmi lietadiel podľa normy ASTM 25.853 je uvedených v prílohe. Posledná kapitola sa zaoberá vplyvom požiarov a dymu na ľudské zdravie, indexom toxicity a preventívnym odporúčaním pre cestujúcich v lietadle.

The thesis deals with the actual questions of aircraft fire causes, fire investigation with focus on plastic material causes use and the impact of a fire on human health. The investigation legal background and procederes are described as applicable for aircraft accidents and incidents in Czech republic. Actual statistics and trends both global and national are described. The trends of development in aircraft industry is described as well as the air transport situation in Czech republic. The focus was on the most common plastic polymer materials PE and PP. The thesis'objectives and methods are described as well as the work hypothesis with focus on fire risk prevention where the main risk factors are indentified as material and human failure. The fire properties of PE and PP were experimentaly tested in a serie of Cone Calorimetre tests in specialized laboratory in Slovak republic. Common versions with fire retardants were used as well. The number of ASTM aircraft fire related tests were introduced in appendix. The last chapter deals with the impact of fire and smoke emissions to human health, index of toxicity and the preventive reccomendation for aircraft passengers were introduced as well.
