Připravenost Kliniky popáleninové medicíny a rekonstrukční chirurgie Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava na hromadné postižení termickým úrazem

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení současného stavu krizové připravenosti Kliniky popáleninové medicíny a rekonstrukční chirurgie Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava na hromadné postižení termickým úrazem. V teoretické části jsou popsány mimořádné události, termické úrazy, hromadné postižení zdraví a třídící systém při hromadném postižení zdraví. Dále medicína katastrof, krizová připravenost zdravotnického zařízení, právní normy a v neposlední řadě Klinika popáleninové medicíny a rekonstrukční chirurgie. Praktická část zkoumá pomocí analýzy dokumentů a komparativní metody krizovou připravenost kliniky, jsou zde uvedeny případové studie, traumatologický plán, plán krizové připravenosti Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení schopnosti adekvátní reakce kliniky na hromadná termická postižení a významu reálných situací pro přípravu kliniky i nemocnice, návrh nových řešení k odstranění nedostatků, včetně doporučení pro Záchrannou zdravotnickou službu, jak ošetřit popáleniny v prostoru mimořádné události před transportem na Kliniku popáleninové medicíny.

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current state of crisis preparedness for mass disability caused by burn injury of the Clinic of Burn Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery of the University Hospital Ostrava. In the theoretical part, there are described emergency events, burn injuries, mass disability of health and sorting system in mass disability. Furthermore, there are disaster medicine, emergency preparedness of the medical facility, legal rules and last but not least Clinic of burn medicine and reconstructive surgery. The practical part examines the crisis preparedness of the clinic by document analysis and comparative methods, the case studies, traumatology plan, plan of emergency preparedness of the University Hospital Ostrava. The outcome of this work is the ability evaluation of the clinic to respond adequately to massive burn disabilities and the meaning of real situations for the clinic and hospital preparation, proposal of new solutions to eliminate deficiencies, including recommendations for the Emergency Medical Service, how to treat burns in the area of emergency events before a transport to the Burn Medicine Clinic.
