Analýza průjezdnosti komunikací pro požární techniku s vazbou na řešení mimořádných událostí

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je reálné terénní prověření stavu zajištění průjezdnosti příjezdových komunikací pro požární techniku a vozidla integrovaného záchranného systému ve vybraných lokalitách města Kladna. Terénním průzkumem bude dále prověřeno zřízení a označení nástupních ploch pro požární techniku ve vybraných lokalitách a také zda jsou tyto nástupní plochy udržovány pro požární techniku volné. Zjištěná data budou zpracována za použití metody diferenční analýzy. Budou porovnána s požadovaným cílovým stavem, kterým je zajištění bezproblémového průjezdu požární techniky příjezdovými komunikacemi a zajištění volných nástupních ploch pro požární techniku. Cílem diplomové práce bude definování faktorů, které komplikují rychlý a účinný požární zásah ve výškových budovách v kladenských sídlištích a budou navržena řešení zjištěných nedostatků.

The subject of this thesis is a real field check of the condition of ensuring the accessibility of access roads for fire equipment and vehicles of the integrated rescue system in selected locations of the Kladno town. The field survey will also examine the establishment and designation of boarding areas for fire-fighting equipment in selected locations. It will also check whether these boarding areas are kept free for fire-fighting equipment. The collected data will be processed using the differential analysis method. They will be compared with the required target state, which is to ensure smooth transit of fire equipment vehicles through access roads and to provide free boarding areas for fire-fighting equipment. The aim of this thesis will be to identify the factors that complicate rapid and efficient fire intervention in high-rise buildings in Kladno area. As a result, solutions of identified shortcomings will be designed and proposed.
