Abstract

Ekonomický rámec prevence a podpory u oftalmologických onemocnění. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení nákladů prevence a podpory zdraví u oftalmologických onemocnění v zahraničí a v České republice pomocí nástrojů Health technology assessment. V práci je provedena systematická rešerše českých i zahraničních studií, ze kterých čerpám klinické a ekonomické důkazy pro využití stanovení podmínek v rámci prevence a podpory u oftalmologických onemocnění ve světě a v České republice. Dále analyzuji prostředí systému ZP ČR, kde je proveden rozbor nákladů na prevenci oftalmologických onemocnění z perspektivy finanční zátěže státu, z perspektivy zdravotní pojišťovny a z perspektivy pacienta. Na závěr práce je vytvořen návrh prevence s doporučeními pro pacienta, stát a zdravotní pojišťovny.

Economical framework for health promotion and prevention of opthalmic disease The main goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the costs of prevention and support of health in ophthalmic diseases abroad and in the Czech Republic using the tools of Health technology assessment.A systematic search of Czech and foreign studies is carried out in this work, which draws clinical and economic evidence for the use of conditions for prevention and support of ophthalmic diseases in the world and in the Czech Republic. I also analyze the environment of the health care system of the Czech Republic. The cost analyze of the prevention of ophthalmic diseases is described from the perspective of the financial burden of the state, from the perspective of the health insurer and from the perspective of the patient. At the end of the thesis is a proposal of prevention with recommendations for patient, state and health insurance companies.
