E-learningová edukace zdravotnických záchranářů pro použití mobilní aplikace

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací zdravotnických záchranářů a studentů tohoto oboru v problematice vyšetřování pacientů v neodkladné přednemocniční péči. K edukaci zdravotníkům poslouží vytvořená aplikace ParamedicEduc, která bude dostupná v obchodě s aplikacemi. Cílem této práce je vytvoření aplikace a jejího obsahu, který se skládá z vyšetřování virtuálních pacientů, kteří mají ovšem reálný základ z kazuistik získaných ze zdrojů zdravotnické záchranné služby. Tato aplikace si klade za hlavní cíl vzdělávání zdravotnických záchranářů, studentů a zdravotníků, hlavně tedy opakování správného postupu vyšetřování pacientů v přednemocniční péči. V teoretické části je popsán e-learning jako metoda moderního vzdělávání, jeho druhy a uplatnění ve zdravotnictví. Následně je podrobně rozebrán algoritmus ABCDE, který je pro vyšetřování pacienta stěžejní jak v přednemocniční péči, tak v nemocničním zařízení. Další částí teorie je algoritmus trauma protokolu, na který navazuje podrobný popis vyšetřovacích metod využívaných v přednemocniční péči. Nedílnou součástí této části je seznam diagnóz dle kategorizace MKN-10. V praktické části je popsán podrobný návod na aplikaci ParamedicEduc. Tento návod obsahuje jak písemnou, tak obrázkovou část, která by měla uživateli ulehčit užívání aplikace. Druhou částí je výňatek z aplikace, který obsahuje teorii k vybraným urgentním stavům a kazuistiky, jejichž výsledná diagnóza koresponduje s právě vybraným urgentním stavem. Pro snadnější pochopení problematiky aplikace uživatelem byly vybrány tři typické urgentní stavy, mezi které patří akutní infarkt myokardu, cévní mozková příhoda a febrilní křeče u pediatrických pacientů. Tyto tři kazuistiky jsou prvním obsahem aplikace.

This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the education of paramedics and students of this field in the issue of patient examination in urgent pre-hospital care. The created application "ParamedicEduc" will be available in the app store and used for the education of health care professionals. The aim of this work is creation of an application and its content which consists of a virtual examination of patients based on case reports obtained from the emergency medical services. The main goal of this application is the education of paramedics, students and healthcare professionals, especially, the repetition of the correct pre-hospital examination procedure. E-learning as a method of modern education, its types and its application in the modern healthcare are described in the theoretical part. Consequently, the ABCDE algorithm, which is crucial for patient examination both in pre-hospital care and in the hospital facility, is then analysed in detail. Trauma proceedings algorithm is another part of the theoretical part which is followed by a detailed description of the examination methods used in a pre-hospital care. A list of diagnosis according to ICD-10 categorisation is an integral part. The detailed application instructions for "ParamedicEduc" are described in the practical part. This manual contains both a written and a pictorial section that should help the user to understand the application better. The second part is an excerpt from the application which contains the theoretical description of selected urgent states and case reports. Their final diagnoses correspond to the selected urgent conditions. Myocardial infarction, stroke and febrile seizures in paediatric patients were selected as three typical urgent states to make the application easier for user comprehension. These three case reports are the first application content.
