Intoxikace lithiem v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku intoxikace lithiem v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a lithiovou terapii obecně. V teoretické části se zabývá historií užívání lithia, mechanismy jeho působení, nežádoucími účinky a možnými komplikacemi léčby. Podrobně je popsán klinický obraz intoxikace lithiem včetně rizikových faktorů jejího vzniku a možností prevence. Ve zbytku teoretické části je intoxikace lithiem rozebrána v kontextu přednemocniční neodkladné péče a slouží jako manuál ke správnému a včasnému rozpoznání lithiové intoxikace zdravotnickým záchranářem a následné terapii. Je zde popsána také následná nemocniční neodkladná péče. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiku, která ukazuje reálné ošetření intoxikovaného pacienta v přednemocniční fázi a následný průběh hospitalizace v nemocnici. Upozorňuje na důležitost diferenciální diagnostiky a snadnou záměnu za cévní mozkovou příhodu, které mohou být příznaky velmi podobné.

This bachelor thesis describes lithium intoxication in prehospital emergency care and lithium therapy in general. The theoretical part focuses on history of lithium usage, mechanisms of its functioning, side effects and possible complications of the treatment. The clinical picture of lithium intoxication is described closely, including risk factors of its development and the possibilities of prevention. The rest of the theoretical part analyses lithium intoxication in context of prehospital emergency care and it can serve as a guide for the right and timely recognition of lithium intoxication by emergency rescuers and in follow-up treatment. The follow-up hospital treatment is also described here. The practical part contains casuistry, which shows the process of the real treatment of intoxicated patient in prehospital phase and the following process of hospitalization. It is pointing to the importance of the differential diagnosis and to the easy interchangeability with the stroke, due to a clinical picture of intoxication.
