Zlepšení posturální stability pro ovlivnění přetrvávající bolesti v důsledku zranění kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se snaží zjistit, zda lze zlepšením posturální stability ovlivnit přetrvávající bolest po zranění kolenního kloubu. Teoretická část se zabývá fyziologií, kineziologií a biomechanikou kolenního kloubu. Jsou zde popsána možná zranění kolenního kloubu, jejich léčba a příslušný fyzioterapeutický postup. Nakonec se zde nachází základní informace o bolesti a posturální stabilitě. V metodické části jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které byly využity v této práci. Hlavní terapeutickou metodou byla dynamická neuromuskulární stabilizace (DNS) dle Koláře. Speciální část je věnována kazuistikám čtyř pacientů s přetrvávající bolestí kolenního kloubu po poranění předního zkříženého vazu. Zranění jsou alespoň jeden rok stará. Tato část zahrnuje vstupní kineziologické rozbory, popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Výsledky práce jsou uvedeny v samostatné kapitole. Ta obsahuje výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu podstoupené terapie.

The bachelor thesis tries to find out, whether it is possible to impact persistent pain caused by injured knee joint by improving postural stability. The theoretical part deals with physiology, kinesiology, and biomechanics of a knee joint. There are described possible injuries of a knee joint, their medical treatment, and respective physiotherapeutic procedure. At the end of this section there is basic information about pain and postural stability. Therapeutic and physical examination methods, which were used in this thesis, are presented in the methodical part. The main therapeutic method was dynamic neuromuscular stabilization according to Kolář. The special part is devoted to the casuistry of four patients with persistent pain of a knee joint after the injury of the anterior cruciate ligament. These injuries are at least one year old. This part contains the kinesiological entry analysis, description of individual therapeutic units, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. The thesis results are given in an independent chapter. It contains the concluding examinations and evaluation of the therapy effect.
