Objektivizace přínosu léčby vazodilatačním testem s využitím IR kamery v angiologii

Abstract

V současné době se stále zvyšuje počet zdravotnických oborů, ve kterých je využíváno zobrazení termovizní kamerou. Detekce povrchové teploty může objasnit procesy, které probíhají uvnitř lidského těla. Předmětem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout metodiku snímání termovizní kamerou pacientů, kteří trpí onemocněním chronické ischemie dolních končetin a podstupují desetidenní vazodilatační léčbu s aplikováním prostaglandinů. Současně bylo cílem práce vytvořit návrh pro hodnocení účinku terapie, který byl doposud v běžné praxi prezentován pouze subjektivním hodnocením pacientů. Realizací pilotních experimentů a následným statistickým vyhodnocením získaných dat bylo prokázáno, že aplikovaná vazodilatační terapie zvyšuje povrchovou teplotu detekovaných míst. Tento jev nepřímo svědčí o zlepšení perfuze tkáně, což je očekávaný efekt aplikované léčby. Byla zjištěna korelace teplotních diferencí na nemocné dolní končetině se subjektivními pocity pacientů (R = 0,76).

At present, the number of health care disciplines in which the imaging via infrared camera is used is still increasing. Surface temperature detection can clarify processes that occur within the human body. The subject of Master's Thesis was to propose the method of scanning via infrared camera of patients suffering from chronic lower limb ischemia and undergoing a ten-day vasodilation treatment with the application of prostaglandins. Simultaneously, the aim of the thesis was to create a proposal for the evaluation of the effect of therapy, which has so far been presented only in the subjective evaluation of patients. The implementation of the pilot experiments and the subsequent statistical evaluation of the obtained data showed that the applied vasodilating therapy increases the surface temperature of the detected areas. This phenomenon indirectly shows improved tissue perfusion, which is the expected effect of the applied treatment. A correlation of temperature differences on the injured lower extremity with subjective feelings of patients was detected (R = 0,76).
