Aplikace ultrazvuku a metody cvičení u pacientů s bolestmi krční páteře

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je aplikace ultrazvuku a metody cvičení u pacientů s bolestmi krční páteře. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a biomechanika krční páteře. Dále je v práci uvedeno vyšetření páteře a poruchy svalového tonu. V této části je uvedeno i několik diagnóz, které úzce souvisí s bolestí v oblasti krční páteře. Jsou zde zpracovány základní informace o ultrazvuku. V metodologii práce jsou popsány vyšetřovací postupy, které byly použity v průběhu terapie. Speciální část je zaměřena na vstupní vyšetření dvanácti probandů, kteří byli rozděleni do dvou skupin. První skupina podstoupila aplikaci ultrazvuku na měkké tkáně v oblasti krční páteře. Druhé skupině probandů byli zadány cviky, podle kterých aktivně cvičili. Na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru byl vytvořen krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Ve výsledcích jsou uvedeny hodnoty, které byly po ukončení terapie zlepšeny. Zhodnocení vybraných terapeutických postupů je uvedeno v závěrečné části práce.

The focus of this bachelor's thesis is the application of ultrasound and methods of physical exercise in patients with cervical spine pain. The theoretical part consists of a concise description of anatomy and biomechanics of cervical spine. There is also a part about the examination of spine and muscle tone disorders. This part also contains several diagnoses which are closely connected to pain in cervical spine area. Basic information about ultrasound is incorporated here as well. In the methodology of the thesis, examination procedures used during the therapy are described. The special part concentrates on initial examination of twelve probands who were divided into two groups. The first group underwent application of ultrasound on soft tissue in the cervical spine area. The second group of probands was assigned a certain exercise to actively do. On the basis of initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan was created. The results of the work contain values which were improved after the completion of the therapy. Evaluation of the chosen therapeutical practices is listed in the final part of the work.
