Vliv lymfatického tejpování na terapii jizvy u pacientů po aloplastice kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním dvou různých metodik používaných v rámci terapie jizvy v rámci léčebné rehabilitace u pacientů po aloplastice kolenního kloubu. Deset vybraných pacientů bylo pro účely této práce rozdělení do dvou skupin. První skupina byla léčena standardní péčí s důrazem na tlakovou masáž jizvy. Terapie skupiny druhé byla kromě standardního postupu doplněna o lymfatické tejpování oblasti kolenního kloubu. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda lymfatické tejpování napomáhá dřívějšímu vstřebání pooperačního otoku, a tím pozitivně ovlivňuje formování jizvy. Celá problematika je stručně popsána v teoretické části. Ta zahrnuje popis základní anatomie kůže, podkoží a lymfatických cest dolních končetin. Dále se zabývá procesem hojení tkání, pooperačním edémem a patologiemi jizev, včetně nejnovějších možnosti jejich léčby. Na závěr teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o aloplastice kolenního kloubu a standardní fyzioterapeutická péče, která je bezpochyby pro úspěch tohoto chirurgického zákroku nezbytná. Metodika charakterizuje pracoviště, kde probíhala praktická část této bakalářské práce a především použité vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy. Ve speciální části jsou uvedena data všech probandů, zahrnující základní anamnestická data, antropometrii, vyšetření jizvy, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a popis průběhu terapie. Výsledky práce, zpracované pomocí tabulek, grafů a především fotografií naznačují, že lymfatické tejpování by opravdu mohlo být vhodnou metodou v terapie jizev.

This bachelor thesis deals with comparison of two different methodologies used in the scar therapy for medical rehabilitation in patients after knee joint alloplasty. Ten selected patients were divided into two groups for the purpose of this thesis. The first group was treated by standard care, emphasized on scar deep massage. The therapy of the second group was treated with the same care standard, additionally supported with the knee joint lymphatic taping. The main aim of this thesis is to find if the lymphatic taping helps to absorb post-operative edema earlier which has a positive effect on scar healing. The whole issue is briefly describted in the theoretical part. This includes a description of basic anatomy of the skin, subcutis and lymphatic drainage of lower extremities. The thesis also deals with the process of tissue healing, postoperative edema and scar pathologies, including their latest treatment options. The end of the teoretical part mentions basic information about knee joint alloplasty and standard physiotherapeutic care, which is undoubtedly needed for the success of this surgery. The methodological part characterizes the workplace, where the practical part of this bachelor thesis had been realized and especially characterizes investigative and therapeutic procedures that had beeen used. The special part of the thesis deals with data of all probands, including basic anamnestic data, anthropometry, scar examination, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and the description of therapeutic proces. The results of the work are processed by using tables, graphs and primarily photographs and shows that lymphatic taping could really be an appropriate method in scar therapy.
