Abstract

Název práce: Využití metody senzomotorické stimulace u pacientů po plastice předního zkříženého vazu V části práce současný stav je popsána anatomie a biomechanika kolenního kloubu. Dále následuje popis způsobů vzniku poranění předního zkříženého vazu, jeho příznaky, možnosti diagnostiky a vyšetření. Poté jsou zpracovány informace o možné terapii léze, konzervativní i chirurgické, na kterou navazuje popis jednotlivých fází rehabilitace po rekonstrukci předního zkříženého vazu včetně využití fyzioterapeutických metod a fyzikální terapie, které jsou následně využity u pacientů v této práci. V metodice práce jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které jsou použity u vybraných pacientů. Ve speciální části této práce jsou zpracovány kazuistiky tří pacientů, kteří prodělali plastiku předního zkříženého vazu. Všichni pacienti jsou šestý týden po rekonstrukci. Jeden pacient měl štěp odebrán ze šlachy musculus semitendinosus, zbývající dvě pacientky z patelárního vazu. Tato část obsahuje vstupní kineziologické rozbory a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Kapitola výsledky obsahuje výstupní kineziologické rozbory a zhodnocení terapie po třech měsících od operace. Závěr obsahuje zhodnocení efektu terapie a splnění cílů bakalářské práce, kapitola diskuze je věnována dané problematice.

The name of the thesis: The Use of Sensorimotor Stimulation in Patients after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction In the part of the thesis called the existing state the anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint is described. It is followed by the description of the origins of possible injuries of anterior cruciate ligament, its symptoms, and possibilities of diagnostics and examination. After that the information about a possible therapy of lesion is analysed, both conservative and surgical one, and this analysis is followed by the description of the individual stages of rehabilitation after the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament, including the application of physiotherapeutic methods and physical therapy which are then used with patients mentioned in the thesis. In the methodology of the thesis the examination and therapeutic procedures are described which are used with some selected patients. In the special part of the thesis the case history of three patients who underwent a plastic surgery of the anterior cruciate ligament is processed. All the patients are in the sixth week after the reconstruction. With one patient the graft was taken from musculus semitendinosus, in case of the other two patients it was taken from patellar ligament. This part contains input kinesiology analyses and a description of the individual therapeutic units. The chapter called the results contains output kinesiology analyses and the assessment of the therapy after three months after the surgery. The conclusion contains the assessment of the effects of the therapy and answers the question whether the objectives of the bachelor thesis have been met. The chapter called discussion deals with issues relevant to the topic.
