Vliv rázové vlny na syndrom rotátorové manžety

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitační péčí o pacienty se syndromem rotátorové manžety. Práce obsahuje tyto kapitoly: současný stav, metodika, speciální část a výsledky. Kapitola současný stav pojednává o kineziologii a biomechanice ramenního kloubu, popisuje etiopatogenezi syndromu rotátorové manžety, klinický obraz a vyjmenovává poranění v oblasti ramenního pletence související se syndromem rotátorové manžety. Dále obsahuje základní informace o rázové vlně - její vlastnosti, účinky, indikace a kontraindikace. V metodice jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly použity. Ve speciální části jsou popsány vstupní a výstupní kineziologické rozbory probandů, kteří byli rozděleni do dvou skupin - u první skupiny se aplikovala individuální terapie a rázová vlna, u druhé skupiny se aplikovala jen individuální terapie. Dále se v této kapitole uvádějí návrhy krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a terapeutické jednotky. Ve výsledcích je popsán efekt terapie a porovnání výsledků obou skupin.

This bachelor thesis describes the effect of shockwave therapy for treating patients with rotator cuff syndrome. The topic of this thesis focuses on the characteristics, methodology, the treatment and the results of the therapy. Firstly, the theoretical bases of kinesiology, examination, etiopathogenesis of the rotator cuff syndrome are explored parallelly with the most common types of injuries of the shoulder girdle which are closely associated with the rotator cuff syndrome. Afterwards, it is followed by basic information of the shockwave therapy. Secondly, methodology describing the therapy and processes that have been used. The most important part of my thesis is the actual practical work where I concentrate on the analysis of my actual work with patients during their therapy over a longer period of time. The patients are divided into two groups. The first group is administered the shockwave therapy and the second group is given an individual manual therapy. Lastly, this bachelor thesis draws a conclusion from the resulting effects, final results and outcome after finalizing the comparison of those two groups of patients.
