Špatné návyky dlouhodobých nositelů měkkých kontaktních čoček

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá především problematikou kontaktních čoček a péče o ně. V první části popisuje možné komplikace nositelů kontaktních čoček, zásady nošení kontaktních čoček a možnosti péče o ně. Tyto informace dále využívá v dotazníku určeném pro dlouhodobé nositele měkkých kontaktních čoček. Dotazník obsahuje 40 otázek, které byly položeny 100 nositelům kontaktních čoček. Cílem tohoto dotazníku je zjistit, jaký je poměr mezi zodpovědnými nositeli kontaktních čoček a těmi, kteří opomíjejí zásady nošení. Dále je možné určit informace, které mezi nositeli nejsou známé a dostatečně rozšířené. Získané odpovědi vyvrátily počáteční předpoklad, který determinoval větší množství nezodpovědných nositelů. Výběr nejhorších odpovědí se týká nejvíce hygieny pouzdra na kontaktní čočky, zatímco výběr nejlepších odpovědí se týká první aplikace a mytí rukou.

This work deals mainly with the issue of contact lenses and their care. The first part describes possible complications of contact lens wearers, the principles of wearing contact lenses and the possibility of care for them. It also uses this information in a questionnaire designed for long term wearers of soft contact lenses. The questionnaire contains 40 questions that have been asked to 100 contact lens wearers. The aim of this questionnaire is to find out what is the ratio between responsible contact lens wearers and those who neglect the principles of wearing. Furthermore, it is possible to determine the information that is not known among the wearers and that are sufficiently widespread. The acquired answers disproved the initial assumption that there are more irresponsible wearers of contact lenses. The highest number of the worst answer concerns hygiene of case for contact lenses, while the highest number of the best answer concerns the first application and hand washing.
