Analýza znalostí zdravotnických záchranářů v oblasti krizového řízení

Abstract

Naše bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zdravotnické záchranné služby a znalostí zdravotnických záchranářů v problematice krizové připravenosti. Zkoumáme jejich znalosti při hromadných neštěstích, obecnou znalost legislativy a s ní související dokumentaci, zjišťujeme také jejich zájem o další vzdělání v dané oblasti. Věnujeme se také ucelenému náhledu na danou problematiku krizového řízení ve zdravotnictví. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, konkrétně na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsme se zabývali základními pojmy, které se týkají krizového řízení a krizové připravenosti ve zdravotnictví. V rámci práce je rozebrán zákon č. 374/2011 Sb., o zdravotnické záchranné službě, společná typová činnost č. 9 - Zásah složek IZS u mimořádné události s velkým počtem zraněných osob. Soustředili jsme se i na samotnou krizovou připravenost ve zdravotnictví, kde jsme více přiblížili například pracoviště krizové připravenosti nebo traumatologický plán a jeho strukturu. Zabývali jsme se i tématem urgentní medicíny a medicíny katastrof a následným porovnáním těchto dvou zmíněných oborů. V praktické části bakalářské práce vymezujeme její jednotlivé cíle a popisujeme metodiku práce a zpracované výsledky výzkumného šetření. Cílem naší práce bylo na základě námi naformulovaného nestandardizovaného anonymního dotazníku zjistit znalosti zdravotnických záchranářů v oblasti krizového řízení. Zda mají základní znalosti o legislativě dané problematiky, o struktuře traumatologického plánu, jestli jsou schopni správně určit priority metody START při mimořádných událostech s výskytem hromadného postižení osob. Data získaná z těchto dotazníků jsme přehledně zpracovali do grafů a tabulek. V diskuzi jsme vytvořili komparaci našich výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů.

Our bachelor thesis is focused on emergency medical services and the paramedic squad's qualification in the relation to disaster and emergency preparedness. We have analysed their knowledge of mass disaster management, legislation and relevant documents as well as their interest in personal development and further education in the field. We have also looked at the general outlook on the matter of emergency management in medical care. The thesis consists of two parts - a theoretical and an analytical one. The theoretical part is focussed on defining general terminology regarding emergency management and emergency preparedness in relation to medical care. In this part, we discussed the Medical Emergency Service Act of 2011 and the Common Practice of 2016 about intervention of emergency services in cases of extreme incidents with a great number of the injured. Furthermore, we took interest in the emergency preparedness in medical care itself to draw attention to the facilities for emergency preparedness as well as trauma system planning and its structure. We also considered in detail the matter of emergency medical care and medical care during disaster - two fields that were consequently compared. The analytical part presents individual aims of the thesis and explains the methodology and analysis of the results extracted from our survey. The aim of the thesis was to implement our own anonymous non-standardised questionnaire to find out the level of expertise of paramedic squad in the matter of emergency preparedness management especially their general understanding of the relevant legislation, the structure of a trauma system planning and capability of correctly identifying the priorities of the START method in cases of emergency situations with massive number of the affected. The data extracted from the questionnaires were analysed and presented in graphs and charts. In the final discussion we compared our results with the results from other research papers.
