Studium urgentní medicíny a medicíny katastrof na lékařských fakultách v České republice

Abstract

Abstrakt Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo porovnání předmětů Urgentní medicína a Medicína katastrof, které jsou vyučovány na lékařských fakultách v České republice a na Slovensku. V teoretické části byly vymezeny základní pojmy v oblasti Urgentní medicíny a Medicíny katastrof. Dále byla zmíněna historie obou předmětů. Oblast vzdělávání v urgentní medicíně byla rozdělena na pregraduální a postgraduální studium. Dále byla práce zaměřena na urgentní příjmy nemocnic a zmíněna byla také Zdravotnická záchranná služba, její dělení a řízení. Praktická část bakalářské práce byla řešena metodou komparace, kdy výsledky byly znázorněny v jednotné tabulce. Tato tabulka obsahuje způsoby zakončení předmětů, počty kreditů, povinnost či volitelnost předmětů, hodinové dotace a způsoby zakončení. Dále byly detailně porovnány hodinové dotace předmětů, které byly rozděleny na povinné a volitelné předměty. Výsledky byly znázorněny v grafech. Bylo provedeno srovnání sylabů jednotlivých předmětů. Výsledky práce dávají ucelený přehled o výuce předmětů Urgentní medicína a Medicína katastrof v České republice a na Slovensku. Výsledky mohou přispět k vytvoření jednotného modelu výuky těchto předmětů.

Abstract The subject matter of the bachelor thesis is to compare the academic subjects of Emergency Medicine and Medicine in Disasters, taught at medical faculties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts in the areas of Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine. Furthermore, this section also touches upon the history of both subjects. The area of education in emergency medicine was divided into the undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on urgent admissions to hospitals with another subsection analysing Emergency Medical Service, its segmentation and management. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is processed through a comparative method whereby the results are shown in a unified table. The latter contains the ways of completion of the academic subjects, credit numbers, whether they are mandatory or optional, the hours devoted to the subjects and the method of their completion. Furthermore, the hours devoted to the academic subjects were compared in detail; categorised by whether they are compulsory or optional. The results were shown in the charts. Furthermore, the syllabuses of the individual academic subjects were also compared. The results of the thesis provide a comprehensive overview of teaching of the academic subjects of Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The results may contribute to a creation of a single model of teaching of these subjects.
