Analýza a evaluace traumatologického plánu Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Traumatologickým plánem Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s. Tento dokument je společností zpracován pro případy, kdy v rámci vypořádání se s mimořádnou událostí náhle vznikne potřeba urychleného příjmu a ošetření většího počtu pacientů v jeden okamžik. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se zabývám v jednotlivých kapitolách krizovou připraveností rezortu zdravotnictví, krizovým řízením, související legislativou, plány krizové připravenosti, traumatologickým plánem jako takovým, jeho obsahem a postupem při jeho zpracování. Následující kapitola pojednává o zdravotnické záchranné službě, její organizaci, činnosti, součinnosti a dostupnosti v rámci Zlínského kraje. Další kapitola popisuje postupy na místě vzniku mimořádné události, blíže specifikuje metodiku třídění raněných neboli triage START. Čtvrtá kapitola informuje o Uherskohradišťské nemocnici a.s., její historii, současnosti, plánech do budoucnosti a také o personálních, lůžkových a dalších kapacitách. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje současný platný Traumatologický plán Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s. Podrobně popisuje jeho základní, operativní a pomocnou část, stejně jako související legislativní náležitosti. V rámci praktické části diplomové práce bylo určeno několik cílů a na ně navazující hypotézy. Na základě jejich potvrzení či vyvrácení byl vypracován soubor doporučení, které by dle zjištěných faktů mohly Traumatologický plán rozšířit, vylepšit a obohatit.

This diploma thesis deals with the traumatological plan of Uherské Hradiště Hospital a.s. This document is processed by the company for cases where, in dealing with an emergency, there is a sudden need for accelerated reception and treatment of multiple patients at a time. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I deal with the crisis preparedness of the Ministry of Health, the crisis management, related legislation, crisis preparedness plans, the traumatological plan, its content and the procedure for its processing. The following chapter deals with the Emergency Medical Service, its organization, activities, cooperation and accessibility within the Zlín Region. The next chapter describes the procedures at the place of emergence, specifies the methodology of sorting wounded or triage START. The fourth chapter informs about Uherské Hradiště Hospital, its history, present, plans for the future and also about personnel, bed and other capacities. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the current valid traumatological plan of Uherské Hradiště Hospital a.s. It describes in detail its basic, operative and auxiliary parts, as well as related legislative requirements. In the practical part of the thesis, several goals and hypotheses have been identified. On the basis of their confirmation or refutation, a set of recommendations was elaborated which, according to the findings, could extend, improve and enrich the traumatological plan.
