Role radiologického asistenta při diagnostice polytraumatizovaného pacienta

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje roli radiologického asistenta při diagnostice polytraumatizovaného pacienta. V teoretické části je popsána úloha radiologického asistenta v radiodiagnostice, poté následuje úvod do traumatologie, definice polytraumatu a úrazové mechanismy. Popsána je nemocniční péče o polytraumatizované pacienty, trauma tým a role radiologického asistenta v trauma týmu. Práce se věnuje zobrazovacím metodám při diagnostice polytraumatizovaných pacientů - ultrazvuk, skiagrafie, výpočetní tomografie, digitální subtrakční angiografie a magnetická rezonance. U zobrazovacích metod je popsán princip, jejich postavení v diagnostice polytraumatizovaného pacienta a úloha radiologického asistenta při těchto metodách. Praktická část obsahuje statistické zpracování dat o polytraumatizovaných pacientech v průběhu 5 let. Obsahuje údaje o počtu pacientů, kteří byli na urgentní příjem přijati s diagnózou polytrauma a bylo u nich děláno vyšetření výpočetní tomografií pro polytraumatizované pacienty v letech 2013 až 2017. Zkoumá, zda klesají nebo stoupají počty polytraumatizovaných osob, zastoupení mužů a žen, rozložení dle věkové kategorie a podle příčin poranění. Také zkoumá, zda nedochází k nadbytečnému užívání polytrauma protokolu.

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the role of a radiology assistant in the diagnosis of a polytraumatized patient. The role of radiology assistant in the diagnosis is described in theoretical part, then followed by the introduction into traumatology, definition of polytrauma and the reasons od injury. Hospital care for polytraumatized patients and the trauma team also the role radiology assistant in the trauma team, is described. The thesis is dealing with imaging technologies in the diagnosis of polytraumatized patient- ultrasound, skiagraphy, computed tomography, digital subtraction angiography and magnetic resonance. As concerns imaging technologies there is described the principle, their role in the diagnosis of a polytraumatized patients and the role of radiology assistant at these methods. The practical part contains processing data of these polytraumatized patients in the span of 5 years. It contains data concerning the numbers of patients who were received at emergency department diagnosed by polytrauma and were examined by CT for polytraumatized patients between years 2013 - 2017. The thesis examines if the number of polytraumatized patients increases, number of female and male patients and reasons of injuries and age group. It also examines if the polytrauma protocol is not overused.
