Analýza zabezpečení Thomayerovy nemocnice proti teroristickému útoku

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je analýza zabezpečení Thomayerovy nemocnice proti teroristickému útoku. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k terorismu a uvedeny možné typy teroristických útoků. Dále je popsán areál Thomayerovy nemocnice a problematika úzce spjatá s tématem. V praktické části jsou uvedeny možné způsoby napadení nemocnice, vytipovány pravděpodobné cíle a zhodnoceny možné škody. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je stanovena SWOT analýza posuzující silné stránky, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Jednotlivé části SWOT analýzy jsem potom podrobněji posoudil. Současně jsem použil softwarový program TerEx, jehož prostřednictvím jsem analyzoval možná rizika v případě použití nástražného výbušného systému. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda má Thomayerova nemocnice dostatečné zabezpečení a je schopná čelit hrozbě v podobě teroristického útoku. V závěru práce jsem navrhl určitá zlepšení, která by mohla zvýšit bezpečnost Thomayerovy nemocnice.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is an analysis of the security system of the Thomayer Hospital against a Terrorist Attack. The basic terms concerning terrorism are explained in the theoretical part, where there are different types of terrorist attacks mentioned as well. Furthermore there is a description of the Thomayer Hospital area and of the problematics closely related to the topic. The potential ways of attacking the hospital, the presumable targets and the evaluation of the possible damages are listed in the practical part. Based on the found facts a SWOT analysis was performed and it evaluates strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The individual parts of the SWOT analysis are evaluated in detail further in the text. I also used a software program called TerEx thanks to which I analyzed the possible threats in case of improvised explosive device being used. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether the Thomayer Hospital security system is effective enough and whether it is able to face terrorist threats. In the final part of the thesis I recommended certain improvements that could increase the security of the Thomayer Hospital.
