Fyzioterapie k ovlivnění bolesti ramenního kloubu u extraligových volejbalistů

Abstract

Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je zistiť účinky kombinácie cvičenia dynamickej neuromuskulárnej stabilizácie (DNS) a fyzikálnej terapie Thermo TK na bolestivosť ramenného kĺbu u profesionálnych volejbalistov. V teoretickej časti bude popísaná anatómia, kineziológia a základné štrukturálne i funkčné poruchy viazané na ramenný kĺb. V metodologickej časti budú popísané vyšetrovacie a terapeutické postupy použité v špeciálnej časti. V rámci praktickej časti bude popísaný vstupný i výstupný kineziologický rozbor každého probanda. Na základe vstupných informácii bude u jednotlivých probandov zhotovený terapeutický plán a popísaný priebeh cvičebných jednotiek. Výsledky budú prezentované formou tabuliek, ako rozdiel medzi vstupným a výstupným vyšetrením. Na záver práce bude spracovaná diskusia, kde bude popísaná problematika terapie ramenného kĺbu a efekt zvolených metód na bolestivosť a správnu funkciu ramenného kĺbu.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out the effects of a combination of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercises (DNS) and Thermo TK physical therapy on shoulder joint pain in professional volleyball players. Anatomy, kinesiology and basic structural and functional disorders connected to the shoulder joint will be described in the theoretical part. In the methodological part, the investigative and therapeutic procedures used in the special section will be described. In the practical part, the input and output kinesiological analysis of each proband will be described. Based on the input information, the therapeutic plan for each proband will be prepared as well as the description of the course of exercise units. The results will be presented in the form of tables, as the difference between entry and exit examination. At the end of this work there will be a discussion, where the problems of shoulder joint therapy and the effect of selected methods on pain and proper function of the shoulder joint will be described.
