Využití posturografu při rehabilitaci kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti využití a efektivitu posturografie u pacientů s poruchou dynamiky kolenního kloubu. Kapitola současný stav obsahuje obecné informace o posturografii, její rozdělení a základní terminologii dané problematiky. Dále je zde zahrnuta anatomie, kineziologie a biomechanika kolenního kloubu. V metodologii práce jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací postupy, které byly použity ve speciální části této práce. Speciální část práce obsahuje kazuistiky třech pacientů s poruchou dynamiky kolenního kloubu. Součástí kazuistik je anamnéza, vstupní kineziologické vyšetření a jeho stručný závěr. Dále je zde uvedeno vstupní vyšetření na posturografu, které se skládá ze třech statických a jednoho dynamického testu. V kapitole výsledky je uvedeno výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a na základě grafů a tabulek jsou zde porovnány údaje ze vstupního a výstupního vyšetření na posturografu. Následuje diskuze, jejímž předmětem je zhodnocení výsledků, postavení posturografie v rehabilitaci a dostupnost místní a zahraniční literatury.

This Bachelor work is targeted to the possibilities of usefulness and effectivity of posturography in patients with a knee joint dynamics disorder. The current status chapter contains general information on posturography, its division and the basic terminology of this problematics. Further, the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of knee joint is included. The methodology chapter describes examination methods used in the specialised part of this work. The special part contains case studies of three patients with a knee joint dynamics disorder. The parts of the case study are anamnesis, entry kinesiologic examination, and its short conclusion. Further, the entry posturographics examination is composed of three static and one dynamic tests. In results, the final kinesiologic examination is indicated, and data from entry and final posturographic examination are compared on the base of graphs and tables. The following discussion contains results evaluation, the position of posturography in the rehabilitation, and availability of domestic and foreign literature.
