Úraz bleskem v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úrazy bleskem v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá definicí elektrotraumatu a účinkem elektrického proudu na lidskou tkáň. Dále je v práci uvedena charakteristika a podstata vzniku blesku, základní druhy zemních výbojů, možné mechanismy úrazu a cesty průchodu bleskového proudu. V této části jsou zmíněny rizikové faktory a vliv účinku blesku na lidský organismus. V neposlední řadě je uvedeno vyšetření a zajištění pacienta po úrazu bleskem v přednemocniční neodkladné péči dle akronymu cABCDE. Praktická část obsahuje čtyři kazuistiky pacientů po úrazu bleskem, které jsou získané od zdravotnických záchranných služeb v České republice. Každá kazuistika je zvlášť rozebrána, poté jsou porovnány mezi sebou.

The bachelor thesis deals with lightning strike in the pre-hospital emergency care. The work is divided into a practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part deals with definition of electrotrauma and its effect on a human tissue. In this part is mentioned characteristics of lighting, basic types of earth discharge, possible mechanisms of injury and the paths of lightning. There are also mentioned the risk factors and the effect of lightning on human body. Furthemore, in this part describes the examination and securing patient after the accident caused by lighting in pre-hospital emergency care according to the cABCDE acronym. The practical part consists of 4 case reports of patients after injury caused by lighting. All reports are obtained from The Emergency medical services in Czech Republic. Each case report is analyzed separately and then compared to eachother.
