Účinky respirační fyzioterapie u silných kuřáků

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení účinků metod respirační fyzioterapie u silných kuřáků. Teoretická část práce obsahuje dvě hlavní kapitoly. V kapitole s názvem Současný stav jsou uvedeny základní informace o anatomii dýchací soustavy, motorice a mechanice řízení dýchání. Je zde podrobněji rozepsána problematika kouření a jeho účinků na lidský organismus. V kapitole s názvem Metodika jsou uvedené diagnostické a terapeutické postupy fyzioterapie použité ve speciální části práce. Speciální část je tvořena vstupními a výstupními kineziologickými rozbory čtyř probandů. Obsahuje návrhy krátkodobých a dlouhodobých rehabilitačních plánů pro jednotlivé probandy a popisy cvičebních jednotek. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny účinky terapie a je zde blíže rozepsaná diskuze o současné problematice tématu.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of effects of the respiratory physiotherapy in heavy smokers. The theoretical part contains two main chapters. The chapter called the Present State includes the basic informations about the anatomy of the respiratory system, the mechanism of respiration control and the kinesiological findings concerning breathing. It also describes in details the issue of smoking and its health impacts on human organism. In the chapter called the Methodology are described all the diagnostic and therapeutic methods used in the Special part of the thesis. The Special part of the thesis contains the input and the output kinesiological examinations of four patients, recommendations of short-term and long-term rehabilitation and descriptions of individual therapeutic units. In the end of the bachelor thesis there is the evaluation of results of the therapy and the discussion about the current issues of the topic.
