Koncepce integrace UAS do metodiky zásahu letištních hasičů

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce Koncepce integrace UAS do metodiky zásahu letištních hasičů je vytvořit novou koncepci začlenění bezpilotních systémů při definovaných druzích zásahů letištních hasičů v CTR včetně implementace této koncepce do současné metodiky jednotek letištních hasičů. V této práci bylo využito poznatků z praxe jednotek HZS ČR se zaměřením na vybrané typy zásahů, kde je vhodná implementace UAS do metodiky zásahů letištních hasičů. První část této práce se zabývá současnou legislativou v oblasti bezpilotních systémů, včetně nově vzniklé legislativy, v další části jsou zmíněny vybrané zásahy profesionálních hasičů, při kterých bylo využito bezpilotního systému pro podpůrnou činnost velitele zásahu. V následujících kapitolách je řešena metodika vybraných typů zásahů a navržení nové metodiky pro využití UAS, k této metodice je dále popsána koordinace mezi stanovištěm ŘLP a letištními hasiči. Závěrečná část této práce obsahuje validaci koncepce, v které jsou využity poznatky z praktického záletu UAS v CTR. Stanovený cíl této práce byl splněn a navržená koncepce tak může napomoci k samotné realizaci pořízení UAS jednotkami letištních hasičů.

The aim of the diploma thesis Conception of UAS integration into the methodology of airport firefighters is to create a new conception of integration of unmanned systems in defined types of airport firefighters in CTR, including the implementation of this conception in the current methodology of airport fire brigades. In this thesis, knowledge from the experience of units of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic was used, focusing on selected types of interventions, where the implementation of UAS into the methodology of airport firefighters is appropriate. The first part of this work deals with current legislation in the field of unmanned systems, including new legislation, the next part mentions selected interventions of professional firefighters, which used an unmanned system for support activities of the intervention commander. The following chapters deal with the methodology of selected types of interventions and the design of a new methodology for the use of UAS, in addition to this methodology, the coordination between the ANS post and airport fire brigades is described. The final part of this thesis contains the validation of the conception, where the knowledge from the practical approach of UAS in CTR is used. The stated goal of this work was fulfilled and the proposed conception can help the actual implementation of the acquisition of UAS by airport fire brigades.
