Optimalizace počtu a rozmístění odbavovací techniky na Letišti Václava Havla

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je optimalizovat počet techniky pro technické odbavení na Letišti Václava Havla v Praze a navrhnout místa vhodná k jejímu uskladnění v době její nečinnosti. Tím by mělo dojít k zefektivnění procesu odbavení letadel na ploše. Jsou zde popsány vstupní údaje a kritéria nutná k provedení optimalizace. V druhé části práce byl vytvořen software, který umožňuje provést výpočet počtu potřebné techniky a vypočítat potřebnou skladovací kapacitu. Předpokladem pro fungování navrženého systému je možnost sdílení techniky mezi všemi poskytovateli odbavení na letišti. Dále je v práci shrnut dopad navrženého systému na Letiště Václava Havla a handlingové agentury na něm působící.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to optimize the number of equipment for aircraft ground handling at Václav Havel Airport Prague and suggest places suitable for its storage during its inactivity. This should improve the process of aircraft handling on the apron. The input data and criteria necessary to perform the optimization are described in the thesis. In the second part of the thesis the software was created. It was used to calculate the number of necessary ground equipment and the required storage capacity. The conditions for the proper function of the proposed system are the mutual sharing of the equipment between all handling providers at the airport. In addition, the work summarizes the impact of the proposed system on Václav Havel Airport and the handling providers, which operate there.
