Konkrétně byly připraveny NiO-TiO2, ZrO2-TiO2 a SiO2-ZrO2.
The aim of this study was to test the long-term chemical stability of composites for construction of 68Ge/68Ga generator. In the opening part the usage of 68Ga for diagnostic purposes in nuclear medicine was described. For the experimental part, a generator with a CeO2-PAN matrix was prepared and characterized. The focus was on obtaining the radionuclide with the highest possible yield, radionuclide purity, the lowest possible toxicity and also the lowest possible contamination with the parent 68Ge. In addition, other sorbents for potential application in the generator were tested. Specifically, NiO-TiO2, ZrO2-TiO2 and SiO2-ZrO2 were prepared. Their sorption properties were monitored in sorption experiments with 68Ge and 68Ga and distribution coefficients and separation factors for these radionuclides were found. Furthermore, the influence of heat treatment on the sorption properties of prepared oxides was monitored and characterized subsequently.eng
