Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému manažerského účetnictví ve zvolené společnosti, konkrétně dílčím segmentem manažerského účetnictví, bilanční analýzou. Práce zahrnuje obecné vymezení systému manažerského účetnictví a jeho pravidel. Dále práce obsahuje návrh soustavy hodnotících ukazatelů a jejich výpočet ve sledovaném období. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí zjištěných poznatků a doporučení managementu společnosti.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a management accounting system in a selected company, specifically a sub-segment of management accounting, balance analysis. The thesis contains a general definition of the management accounting system and its rules. Furthermore, the work contains a proposal for a system of evaluation indicators and their calculation in the period under review. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary of the findings and recommendations of the company's management.
