Aukce: teorie a experiment

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá statickými nekooperativními hrami. Na úvod je definovaná statická hra a statická Bayesova hra. Dále jsou představeny aukce prvních a druhých cen a jejich rovnovážné strategie. Na to navazuje teorém o ekvivalenci výnosů a definice von Neumann-Morgensternovi racionality. Poté již následuje samotná motivace a popis experimentu. Experiment se zabývá aukcemi druhých cen, konkrétně aukcí veřejných zakázek a klasickou aukcí. Cílem tohoto experimentu bylo vysvětlit rozdílné chování hráček na kladných a záporných hodnotách. Proto jsme zavedli mezaninovou aukci, kterou zkoumáme spojitost nabídkové funkce na okolí nuly. Poté už následuje statistické zpracování získaných dat. Z dat vyplynulo, že při aukci veřejných zakázek na kladných hodnotách hráčky underbiddují a při klasické aukci na záporných hodnotách overbiddují. V mezaninové aukci byl taktéž pozorován overbidding.

This thesis deals with static non-cooperative games. In the first part of this paper static games and static Bayesian games are defined. First-price and second-price auctions are introduced, followed by descriptions of their equilibrium strategies. Furthermore, revenue equivalence theorem and Von NeumannMorgenstern rationality are discussed. In the second part experiment focusing on the procurement and buyer auctions is presented. Then a mezzanine auction is introduced in this thesis, in which continuity on some neighbourhood of zero is examined. Data analysis has shown that during the procurement auction on the positive values, the players underbid and during the buyer auction on the negative values the overbid. Overbidding was also observed in the mezzanine auction.
