Analýza porozity s využitím výpočetní tomografie

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výpočetní tomografií a jejím využitím v rámci kontroly porozity. Technikou výpočetní tomografie je možné provádět nedestruktivní zkoušení vnitřních vad měřených objektů pomocí jejich naskenování a zobrazení daných skenů ve 3D s následným vyhodnocením ve výpočetním softwaru. Pro experimentální část této práce byl vyroben etalon pro měření porozity, který posloužil pro zjištění rozlišovacích schopností CT Zeiss METROTOM 1500 v závislosti na velikosti voxelu a tloušťky materiálů.

This master thesis focuses on the X-ray computed tomography (CT) and its employment in the porosity measurement. This measurement technique can be applied for non-destructive material testing including the verification of external and internal defects. The verification is made thanks to the scanning of the material and the 2D scans are completed and processed by the software into 3D representation of the examined object. In the experimental part of this thesis, we manufactured a reference object (etalon) for porosity measurement that served for analysing the dependence of the accuracy of CT Zeiss METROTOM 1500 on the voxel size and width of material.
