Vrstvové technologie v elektronice

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technologiemi tenkých a tlustých vrstev. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis elektrických a mechanických vlastností a dalších specifik tenkých a tlustých vrstev. Dále jsou probrány metody používané pro jejich nanášení. V praktické části práce je popsána příprava vzorků tenkovrstvých struktur pomocí napařování a naprašování a tlustovrstvých struktur pomocí sítotisku. Poté jsou změřeny a vyhodnoceny vlastnosti těchto vzorků. Poslední část práce je věnována stanovení nákladů na výrobu vzorků pomocí technologií napařování a naprašování.

This bachelor thesis deals with thin-film and thick-film technologies. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of the electrical and mechanical properties and other specifics of thin and thick films. Then the methods used for their deposition are covered. The practical part of the thesis describes the preparation of samples of thin-film structures by evaporation and sputtering and thick-film structures by screen printing. Then the properties of these samples are measured and evaluated. The last part of the thesis covers the determination of manufacturing costs of the samples produced by evaporation and sputtering technologies.
