Stanovení namáhání mechanismu řízení vozu Formula Student

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem stanovení namáhání v mechanismu řízení studentské formule pomocí odporových tenzometrů. V první části byla provedena rešerše předchozích prací na toto téma a dále se v práci uvádějí možnosti pro statické řešení dané problematiky pomocí výpočetních programů. Následně byl proveden výpočetní odhad výsledků měření pomocí LSA. Poté bylo navrženo uspořádání měřícího zařízení a byl připraven podrobný plán praktických jízdních zkoušek. V práci je také popsán postup zprovoznění měřícího zařízení a příprava vozu na testování.

This bachelor thesis is about the design of determining the stress in the steering mechanism of Student Formula using resistance strain gauges. In the first part, was done the research of previous work on this topic, and further presents possibilities for static solution of the given problem using computer programs. Subsequently, was performed a computational estimate of the measurement results using LSA. Then was designed the arrangement of the measuring device and a detailed plan of practical driving tests was prepared. The work also describes the procedure of commissioning of measuring equipment and preparation of the vehicle for testing.
