This thesis is aimed at the identification of flow parameters of the investigated collagen material. General information about collagen, general rheology and rheology of high viscous materials, and types of rheometers is presented. Essentially, the flow properties of bovine-extracted collagen solution with a dry-content of 9.69 % are investigated using a capillary rheometer equipped with three different slit dies manufactured at the Czech Technical University in Prague. The experimental data is processed using a MATLAB code where the power-law model is fitted to find the consistency coefficient and the power-law index of collagen matter.cze
