The diploma thesis deals with the issue of connecting consumer circuits with the boiler circuit in the field of heating. A hydraulic central unit was designed and modelled, to which a gas boiler, a hot water heater, heating system with radiators and underfloor heating are connected. Subsequently, three different operating states were simulated using the Fluent program. The first of them was operation under nominal conditions, the second dealt with the situation when the heating was switched off and hot water heating was switched on, and the third situation dealt with heating again, but this time under normal conditions. The temperature and speed profile were assessed for all three operating conditions. In the end, the overall operation of the plant was evaluated and a comparison of some results with a hydraulic separator.
