Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci, jejím cílem je analyzovat proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v této organizaci se zaměřením na zdroje a určité metody získávání a výběru vysokoškolských studentů, posoudit uplatňované postupy a navrhnout vhodná řešení. Přínosem práce jsou návrhy vhodných změn procesu získávání a výběru studentů vysokých škol ve vybraném podniku. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní prvky procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, část praktická se zabývá analýzou procesu získávání a výběrů zaměstnanců se zaměřením na studenty českých vysokých škol v IT organizaci AIKIT Digital, s. r. o. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy a doporučení pro organizaci, ke zlepšení celkového procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of recruitment and selection in a selected organization, its aim is to analyse the process of recruiting and selecting employees in this organization with a focus on resources and methods of recruiting and selecting university students, assess the procedures and propose appropriate solutions. The contribution of the work are proposals for appropriate changes in the process of recruitment and selection of university students in the selected company. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic elements of the process of recruitment and selection of employees, the practical part deals with the analysis of the process of recruitment and selection of employees with focus on students of Czech universities students in the IT organization AIKIT Digital, s. r. o. The result are suggestions and recommendations for the organization to improve the overall process of recruitment and selection of employees.
