Vliv podmínek kování na strukturu a vlastnosti slitiny 6068

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu podmínek kování na strukturu a vlastnosti slitiny EN AW 6082, vyrobené metodou horizontálního kontinuálního lití. Cílem bylo zhodnotit změnu mikrostruktury a tvrdost zkušebních vzorků v jádře a na povrchu v závislosti na způsobu deformace a tepelném zpracování. Experimentální metody použité v práci jsou světelná mikroskopie, EBSD a zkouška tvrdosti dle Vickerse. V závěru jsou formulovány výsledky a jejich diskuse.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to research the effect of conditions of forging on structure and attributes of the alloy EN AW 6082, made by method of horizontal continuous casting. The objective was to evaluate the change of microstructure and hardness of test samples in the core and on the surface depending on the mode of deformation and heat treatment. Experimental methods used in this diploma thesis are light microscopy, EBSD and the Vickers hardness test. In the end there are formulated results and discussion about them.
