Návrh stacionáře pro seniory s ohledem na možnou konverzi na byty

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována návrhu stacionáře pro seniory s ohledem na případnou možnost konverze na byty. Základem je architektonická studie objektu, dle níž jsou zpracovány konstrukční i materiálové řešení. Součástí projektu je i předběžný statický návrhu nosných prvků a detailní návrh skladeb obalových konstrukcí, včetně jejich posouzení na jednorozměrné šířeni tepla. Významná část práce je zaměřená na bezbariérovost stavby a hodnocení stacionáře z hlediska proslunění a denního osvětlení. Následuje porovnaní výsledků hodnocení světelných podmínek pomocí původní normy ČSN 73 4301 a nové ČSN EN 17037. Při nesplnění jednotlivých požadavku jsou navrženy úpravy tak, aby daná budova odpovídala normovým kritériím a poskytovala komfortní a příjemné prostředí pro její uživatele. Součásti práce je také návrh konverzi stacionáře na byty zvláštního určení. Výkresová část obsahuje půdorys stacionáře a jeho konverzi, svislé řezy, situaci stínících objektů, technické pohledy a pohled na střechu.

The master's thesis is devoted to the project of a day care centre for elderly people with the possibility of converting to housing units. Structural and material solutions are done based on an architectural study of the building. The project also includes a preliminary static design of load-bearing elements and a detailed design of building envelope structures, including their assessment of one-dimensional heat transfer. A significant part of the work is focused on the accessibility of the building and assessment of the villa in terms of sunlight and daylight. The following is a comparison of the results of the evaluation of lighting conditions using the original standard ČSN 73 4301 and the new ČSN EN 17037. If requirements are not met, modifications are proposed so that building satisfies standard criteria and provides a comfortable and pleasant environment for its users. Part of the work is also a proposal for the conversion of day care centre to special-needs housing. The drawing part contains the floor plan of the hospital and its conversion, vertical sections, the situation of shading objects, technical views and roof view.
