Průzkum a návrh rekonstrukce historického objektu v Litoměřicích

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí historického objektu z 1. poloviny 19. století, který se nachází v Litoměřicích. Cílem práce je zpracování stavebně technického průzkumu včetně analýzy poruch konstrukcí. Součástí stavebně technického průzkumu je i vlhkostní průzkum, který obsahuje mimo jiné místní měření vlhkosti materiálů a laboratorní zkoušky zaměřené na vlhkost a salinitu zdiva. Dále je cílem práce návrh sanace poruch a rekonstrukce objektu pro možnost jeho opětovného využívání. Vše nutno provést s přihlédnutím k památkové ochraně objektu.

Diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the historical object from the 1st half of the 19th century, that is located in Litoměřice. The main goal of the thesis is construction and technical research, including the analysis of the construction defects. Construction and technical research also includes moisture research, which includes local moisture measurements of materials and laboratory tests focused on moisture and salinity of masonry. Next part of the thesis consists of fault remediation proposal and a reconstruction of the object, for the possibilty of its further usage. Everything must be done with regard to a historic protection of the building.
