Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce byl návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu na pozemku který se nachází v Praze, v Nebušicích. Pozemek vymezují komunikace K Vinicím a Kádnerova a sousední pozemky. V okolí se nachází klasická městská zástavba rodinných domů. Studie je navržena s ohledem na požadavky investora a zástavbu charakteristickou pro danou lokalitu. Navržený objekt je umístěn na severovýchodní straně parcel a je zpřístupněn z východní strany. Svým umístěním a tvarem dům vytváří zvukovou bariéru pro sousední pozemky a zároveň rozšiřuje prostor pro společenské akce a sportovní aktivity na jižní části terasy. Půdorys objektu je ve tvaru L se sedlovou střechou. Barevné řešení je zdrženlivé ale kontrastní v bílé a antracitových barvách. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie, součástí zadání bylo také zpracování vybrané technické dokumentace pro provedení stavby.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis was the design of a family house for a family of four members on a plot of land located in Prague, Nebusice. The land is delimited by the roads K Vinicím and Kádnerova and neighboring lands. In the vicinity there is a classic urban development of houses. The study is designed with regard to the requirements of the investor and the development characteristic of the site. The proposed building is located on the northeast side of the plots and is accessible from the east side. With its location and shape, the house creates a sound barrier for neighboring land and at the same time expands the space for social events and sports activities on the southern part of the terrace. The floor plan of the building is L-shaped with a gabled roof. The color solution is restrained but contrasting in white and anthracite colors. The aim of the work was to create a project in the scope of an architectural study, part of the assignment was also the processing of selected technical documentation for the construction.
