Polyfunkční dům Rakovník

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního objektu s využitím pro kulturu a sport. Pozemek pro nově navrhované objekty se nachází v okrajové části města Rakovník, západně od jeho centra. Tato část města je momentálně rozvojovou lokalitou a do budoucna je zde zamýšleno rozšiřovat hlavně funkce bydlení a funkce přidružené. Navrhované stavby jsou součástí nové zástavby území, která byla zpracována v předdiplomním projektu. Architektonické řešení vychází z hranic pozemku, které objekty kopírují. Ustoupení jednotlivých pater pak vychází především z funkcí, které jsou v nich umístěny. Polyfunkční objekt se skládá ze dvou budov. Obě budovy mají dvě nadzemní podlaží a jejich střechy jsou využívány pro další funkce. Střechy jsou propojeny můstkem, na který je možný přistup přímo z terénu po venkovním schodišti. V první budově jsou obchody, fitness centrum a na střeše se nachází hřiště. V druhé budově se nachází restaurace s multifunkčním sálem a na střeše je venkovní kavárna s barem. Vzájemná pozice budov do tvaru písmene „L“ tvoří ohraničení vnitřního veřejného prostoru. Pro lepší přístupnost veřejného prostoru z ulice Dukelských hrdinů je navržen skrz budovu fitness centra průchod.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a polyfunctional building with use for culture and sports. The plot for the newly designed buildings is located on the outskirts of Rakovník, west of its center. This part of the city is currently a development site and in the future it is intended to expand mainly housing and associated functions. The proposed buildings are part of the new development of the area, which was processed in the pre-thesis project. The architectural solution is based on the boundaries of the plot, which the objects copy. The receding of the individual floors is based primarily on the functions that are located in them. The multifunctional building consists of two buildings. Both buildings have two floors and their roofs are used for other functions. The roofs are connected by a bridge, which can be accessed directly from the terrain via an outdoor staircase. In the first building there are shops, a fitness center and there is a playground on the roof. In the second building there is a restaurant with a multifunctional hall and on the roof there is an outdoor cafe with a bar. The mutual position of the buildings in the shape of the letter "L" forms the boundary of the internal public space. For better accessibility of public space from Dukelských hrdinů Street, a passage is designed through the fitness center building.
