Varianty obvodových nosných konstrukcí a jejich dopad na konečnou cenu stavby rodinného domu

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je porovnání vybraných stavebních systémů z hlediska technologie, nákladů na výstavbu, pracnosti a tepelných ztrát. Následné vyhodnocení sledovaných parametrů by mělo potencionálnímu investorovi poskytnout přehled o daných materiálech, jejich výhodách a na základě tohoto vyhodnocení usnadnit rozhodování při volbě materiálu pro svůj rodinný dům. V teoretické části je popsána problematika rozpočtování, tepelně technické požadavky a materiálové dělení. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé systémy tak, jak jsou rozpočtovány, je zde provedeno jejich porovnání a vyhodnocení. Také je v této části vyhodnocena anketa.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of chosen building systems according to the technology, costs, labour intensity and heat losses. The following parameters should help potential clients to orient in the chosen materials, to show them the advantages of these materials and after the assessment, to make the right decision about choosing the material for their house. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the problematic of making budgets, heat and technical requirements and material sorting. The practical part describes the building systems according to their budgets and after that, they are compared and evaluated. The survey among people is also assessed in this part.
