Návrh controllingového řízení malého výrobního podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je pomocí aplikace controllingových principů a nástrojů navrhnout procesní řízení podniku. Při návrhu řešení je kladen důraz na IBPC (Integrated Business Process Control), tj. integrační řízení podniku založené na procesním a činnostním řízení a další související manažerské metody a nástroje. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části je podrobná analýza podniku včetně definice problému a specifikace podnikových činností. V druhé části je teoretická základna pro návrhovou část práce. Na základě analýzy a získaných poznatků, je v třetí části práce zpracován návrh efektivního přístupu k řízení podniku. Součástí návrhu je stanovení strategického cíle, aplikace strategické mapy a procesní schéma. Procesní schéma je východiskem pro přiřazení zdrojů k činnostem, jejich kapacity (Kapacitní plán) a nákladů (Provozní rozpočet). Výsledkem toho je sestavení kalkulačního vzorce. V návaznosti na strategický cíl je navržen rozvojový projekt. Výstupem je doporučení k implementaci návrhu řešení pro zefektivnění analyzovaného podniku.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to apply process management of the company using the application of controlling principles and tools. When suggestion the solution, emphasis is placed on IBPC (Integrated Business Process Control), it is the integration management of a company based on process and activity management and other related management methods and tools. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part is a detailed analysis of the company including the definition of problem and the specification of business activities. The second part is the theoretical basis for the proposed part of the thesis. Based on the analysis and acquired knowledge, in the third part of the thesis, a proposal for an effective approach to business management. Part of the proposal is the determination of a strategic goal, the application of a strategic map and a process diagram. The process diagram is the starting point for allocating resources to activities, their capacity (Capacity Plan) and costs (Operating Budget). The result is cost formula. Following the strategic goal, a development project is proposed. The output is a recommendation for the implementation of the proposed solution to streamline the analysed company.
