Analýza konkurenčního prostředí v automobilovém průmyslu ČR

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenčního prostředí v automobilovém průmyslu České republiky. Popisuje a analyzuje konkurenční prostředí v prémiovém segmentu. Přínosem práce je vymezení příležitostí a hrozeb pro vybrané společnosti. Práce je koncipována na dvě hlavní části, první část je teoretická a vymezuje analýzy a kritéria pro posouzení konkurence. Druhá část je praktická, zabývá se posouzením konkurenčního prostředí pomocí daných metod. Na závěr je provedena syntéza poznatků, na základě které jsou uvedena doporučení pro zkoumané společnosti.

This thesis deals with competitive environment in automobile industry of Czech Republic. It describes and analyses competitive environment in the premium segment. Contribution of this thesis is to formulate opportunities and threats for given companies. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the first part is theoretical knowledge and describes analysis and criteria for assessing the competition. The second part is practical and deals with assessing the competition with given methods. End of the thesis is focused on synthesis of acquired knowledge, on the basis of which I will make recommendations.
