Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou biznis procesov v spoločnosti Adecco Group a v jej informačnom systéme. Ďalej navrhuje nové procesy v informačnom systéme a následne sa zaoberá výberom nového informačného systému. Teoretická časť poskytuje poznatky z procesnej analýzy, informačných systémov a finančnej analýzy. Praktická časť analyzuje súčasné biznis procesy v spoločnosti a procesy v informačnom systéme. Následne sú navrhnuté nové procesy v informačnom systéme a výber vhodnej možnosti informačného systému. Prínosom práce je automatizácia a vylepšenie procesov v spoločnosti Adecco Group za účelom zvýšenia efektivity práce, šetrenia času zamestnancov a nárast pozitívnych výsledkov v biznise spoločnosti.

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the business process analysis in the information system of the company Adecco Group. It also proposes new processes in the information system and then deals with the selection of a new information system. The theoretical part provides knowledge of process analysis, information systems and financial analysis. The practical part analyses the current business processes in the company and the processes in the information system. Subsequently, new processes in the information system and the selection of a suitable option or an alternative to the new information system are proposed. The benefit of the work is the automatization and the improvement of processes in the Adecco Group in order to increase work efficiency, save the time of employees and increase positive results in the business of the company.
