Vliv prokovů na termomechanické vlastnosti desek plošných spojů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem prokovů na termomechanické vlastností desek plošných spojů (DPS). V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé oblasti desek plošných spojů, jako jsou substráty, druhy, technologie výroby, technologie povrchových úprav a vady DPS. Experimentální část práce se zabývá porovnáváním jednotlivých vzorků DPS s různým počtem a rozmístěním prokovů, které byly vystaveny termomechanické analýze. Vzorky jsou porovnány z hlediska termomechanických vlastností.

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of vias on thermomechanical properties of printed circuit boards (PCB). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the individual areas of printed circuit boards, such as substrates, types, production technology, surface treatment technology and PCB defects. The experimental part of the work deals with the comparison of individual PCB samples with different number and distribution of penetrations, which were subjected to thermomechanical analysis. The samples are compared in terms of thermomechanical properties.
